Support

How can we help?

Email socceracctiktok@gmail.com and a person will reply, usually within a day or two.

Setting up

How do I get started?

Install the app, open it and choose Sign in with Google. Pick the account you use for school and approve the permissions. Your classes, deadlines and calendar appear within a few seconds.

Nothing is showing up.

Open Settings → Accounts and look at the status next to each source. If one needs attention it says why. Choose Retry or Sign in again. Also check that the class appears in Google Classroom in your browser, because Cadence can only show what Classroom shows you.

Which Macs are supported?

Macs running macOS 27 or later.

Signing in

Google says “Google hasn’t verified this app.”

Cadence is going through Google’s review, and until that finishes Google shows this screen for new apps. Choose Advanced, then Go to Cadence. Cadence only asks for Classroom, Calendar and Tasks, and you can remove its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

My school blocks the app.

Ask your school’s IT administrator to allow Cadence. In the meantime, add your school account under System Settings → Internet Accounts and turn on Apple Calendar in Cadence’s settings.

I keep being asked to sign in again.

Google can end a sign-in if you change your Google password or remove Cadence’s access. Choose Sign in again in Settings → Accounts. If it keeps happening, email us.

The AI allowance

How much can I use?

Each day includes roughly 20 chat questions, plus your daily brief, summaries, estimates and weekly plan. See how much you’ve used in Settings → AI. Your allowance resets at midnight in your time zone, and there is also a monthly cap.

What happens at the limit?

Chat pauses until it resets. Everything else keeps working: your brief, plan and estimates fall back to Cadence’s built-in versions.

Why did Cadence decline my question?

Its assistant is focused on schoolwork: your assignments, deadlines, studying and planning. It politely declines unrelated requests, such as building a game that isn’t an assignment. It can still explain and guide you through code for a class assignment.

Billing and refunds

How do I cancel?

Use the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt email, or email us and we’ll do it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Cadence isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

I was charged but can’t get in.

Sign in to Cadence with the same email address you used at checkout. If that doesn’t fix it, email us your receipt and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Your data

How do I delete my account and data?

In Cadence, choose Settings → Data → Erase everything to remove everything stored on your Mac. To delete your account record and usage history from our servers, email us from your account’s address and we’ll delete it within 30 days. You can also remove Cadence’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The privacy policy explains what we keep.
